Harrington Hall

Harrington Hall

Harrington Hall
70 Harcourt Street
Dublin, IE Map It
Dublin City Centre

In 1943 the Sisters of the Holy Child purchased the property and provided accommodation for girls who came to work and study in Dublin. It has since undergone a complete refurbishment to restore the beauty of its Georgian architecture. The original style and architecture have been retained and sympathetically coupled with all the modern amenities. In addition to a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and lift access, facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned 28-room hotel include a breakfast room and car park. In addition to an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, all rooms feature a direct dial telephone and a multi-channel TV, as well as a tea and coffee hospitality tray, garment press and an ironing and ironing board. A central ceiling fan is a further standard feature of all accommodation units. This historic city hotel is situated on Harcourt Street off the southwest corner of St. Stephen's Green. It is on the LUAS (tram system) line which runs from Grafton Street (one stop) to the north and to the Green Line Sandyford in the South. It is less than five minutes'walk from Grafton Street at the heart of Dublin's city centre. Most major shops, restaurants, theatres and pubs can be reached on foot, as can Trinity college, Dublin Castle and the Gaiety Theatre. Dublin Airport is approximately 12 km from the hotel.
