Opened in 1995, the complex has been completely renovated in 2011-12. The 6-storey building houses a total of 110 rooms. Facilities include a 24-hour reception service, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a lift. Furthermore, there is a poolside bar, an air-conditioned restaurant, a TV room, a games room and a small supermarket. Guests arriving by car are able to park in the hotel's own car park. The rooms were refurbished in the winter of 2011-12 and are equipped with en suite facilities, a mini bar (extra charge), air-conditioning and double or twin beds. The hotel offers a freshwater pool in the outside area with pool bar. For relaxation, guests can choose to use the hotel's sauna or Turkish Bath and for those looking for some activity, there's table tennis and a pool table on site. The complex is located above the resort of Kusadasi on the main road which runs behind the resort and in its elevated position it enjoys wonderful views of the resort's port and marina and the Aegean Sea. The centre is around 2.3 km away and a pleasant walk, otherwise there is a public transport station around the corner from the hotel.
